Oh, yes…the road trip was going beyond well. From the Hollywood Hills, where my daughter and I hit ‘The Cheesecake Factory’ while looking for stars; to the big city of Houston, where we walked through ‘space’ and got up close and personal with some of the most amazing snippets of history that the NASA space program accomplished…we then headed to St. Louis.
We’d been to St. Louis before but – to tell you the truth – this is one city that has so much and is so unbelievably interesting that going back for a second look was absolutely something we wanted to do.
Now…what do you do after hitting ‘The Cheesecake Factory?’ Hit the gym! That’s right, we headed into yet another franchise we’d heard about – a franchise that is part of the family of BAM Brands that I knew I needed more than anything after sitting in a car and having the calories mount up from all the drive thru’s we hit along the journey.
Xist Fitness was the place, and for someone like me who is not exactly positive about the gym atmosphere – it changed my mind completely.
On our road trip we’d explored all the BAM franchises. Spray La Vie is where I’d fallen for the anti-aging product line that I swore was already making me look ten years 
younger. So I was already extremely upbeat about the franchise ‘models’ that BAM supported, promoted and created. There are tons of franchises out there, with more opportunities opening up every day for individuals who wish to be their own boss; but the elite – the BAM Brands – are certainly the ones that should be on top of everyone’s list, especially after walking through the doors of one and seeing the absolute gorgeous ambiance that makes people immediately feel better about themselves.
It really is no wonder that Xist Fitness is becoming the focus of the gym community. I was reminded of that the second we walked over the threshold because it is the only gym that people would want to go to on a weekly basis. There, I found none of the “same-old, same-old” gym images. Yes…I do mean those teenage boys attempting to lift weights in order to get a girl to spot them (of course, it’s worse when it’s the adult boys looking completely silly). With Xist Fitness, a person automatically knows they are walking into a gym where they can actually concentrate on improving their own health, and not have to be stuck inside an evening of ‘speed dating.’
I’ve stated before that when it comes to gym memberships, almost 70% of people who sign up never actually go. In other words, they made that New Year’s resolution but either could not find a way to fit the gym between the truly necessary moments of their lives – like the kids, the house, the husband, and the job. Or they simply went once and felt uncomfortable in the atmosphere.
When going to a gym you want skilled employees in that gym who are there to help and instruct – leading you down the right path so that you can get healthy and feel better. 
And you want a clean, comfortable atmosphere that makes you WANT to visit over and over again. As far as delivering these two things, Xist Fitness is #1. It is not a gimmick or a sales pitch when people say that Xist Fitness delivers the highest quality services in a comfortable, no stress environment. (Don’t you love that phrase? No stress?) That seems to be an impossibility, but it actually exists. When you walk into Xist Fitness, it’s the only place that is all about YOU, and you immediately feel the stress melt away (which in this world is as difficult as getting Donald Trump to be quiet.)
Anti-aging therapies are offered (another franchise that is all about making sure I walk out the doors looking at least a year younger than when I walked in); red light therapy (an amazing process that all of us should utilize); massage beds (can I get an Amen?); to a full service tanning salon – all of these are provided on TOP of a fitness center that has the most quality equipment possible.
Xist Fitness is but one of the franchises that is part of a ‘family’ whose goal is to be the best in their industry. MassageLuXe, FaceLuXe, Spray La Vie and The TAN Co. - all of these franchises provide ‘5-star’ service – and make sure that their members never sign up and simply ‘fade into that goodnight.’ Once you sign up with a BAM Brands franchise, you always come back.
Physical fitness never felt so good! Superior equipment located in a building that is staffed with absolute experienced people who help their members with the Xist Fitness programs, therapies and, most of all, make them WANT to come back. The Xist Fitness mentality is all about helping and improving lives. And trust me, on this particular road trip, Xist Fitness was also about getting rid of that ‘Cheesecake Factory’ treat, and teaching me that if I stay working out and enjoying myself at Xist Fitness, then I can definitely have another treat with absolutely no guilty conscience.
