Xist Fitness Alleviates the Pet Peeves of P.E.

Xist Fitness is not about physical education (P.E.), however, they DO offer an education to the rest of the world, not to mention the businesspeople out there who have been searching for the perfect franchise opportunity to get involved with. The education that comes from Xist Fitness is the fact that you and I can work out in a ‘5-star’ facility, at a price we can afford, without having to deal with the ‘pet peeves’ that have kept us away from the fitness world for so long.

Studies show that 67% of people who hold memberships at fitness centers never go work out. There are reasons for that, and some of those reasons come from the fitness enter, itself. Now, do I mean that everything is the fitness center’s blame? No…most ‘pet peeves’ come from the ‘neighbors’ surrounding us on the treadmills as we try to ‘get away from it all’ and work on our own health and fitness so that we can live longer, healthier lives.

But Xist Fitness is far more than ‘just another’ fitness center. They are aware of these ‘pet peeves’ that we literally can’t stand, and they make sure (at each and every franchise) to offer a staff that takes care of the client instead of letting them dangle in the breeze.

Exercise equipment is state-of-the-art nowadays. So fancy, in fact, that some machines look as if they were sent down by the aliens who once invaded Roswell, NM and no one has any idea how the heck they operate. But when you join an Xist Fitness center, you receive personal service from a staff that can teach you more exercises and allow you to gain a better understanding of all the inner-workings of this new equipment. At Xist, you can better establish your fitness program instead of just pulling on a cable because you have no idea what else to do.

Okay…even if you don’t want to admit this one, I will take the blame for saying it out loud. Awkwardness can occur at a fitness center in many forms, which is a large reason why 67% of members do not actually go and work out after they’ve been a couple of times. One is the constant ‘dating service’ that seems to have become as normal inside a fitness center as it is standing at the bar on New Year’s Eve. The lads who like to life weights and make those noises that only the Schwarzenegger could have gotten away with when he was very young are there.  The grunts, the curls – anything to get that latest young lady’s attention so that after the fitness session a date will commence. The girls, as well, share some of the blame as they stand on treadmills or ride the stationary bikes blinking their eyelashes so fast that they may soon fall off from lack of focus. For some members, the fitness centers of the world have become just like high school was – bringing all the awkward feelings back to the surface

Xist Fitness - of course it offers fitness to one and all – young and old – however, they offer fitness! They specialize in that personal service that goes along with their state-of-the-art technology. Therefore, anyone can walk into their facility, have their regimen, de-stress before going back out into the world, and not have to face “The Dating Game” at every turn.

Xist Fitness is also there to help you and I get healthy. Yes, I know that everyone offers television sets above the treadmills now. Heck, I even saw one that offered pools for your pets while you’re working out – but the actual reason for a workout is to get fit. Frankly, you can watch TV at home – which most of us will, while eating a bowl of ice cream. With Xist Fitness, you still are offered luxury but, again, you are offered a staff – a true team – that wants you to be fit and healthy, not stand there and catch up with the ‘Real Housewives.’

The stress of this world, from the economy to children, family, work issues, and on and on and on, is so large and such a burden on so many, that going into a fitness center to work out and simply ‘be free’ for a brief moment every day is something people need!

One of the best ways to combat stress is exercise, but – as with everything on this planet – people must do their research ahead of time. Just signing up with a local fitness center because it happens to be there is not a good idea. Some, no offense, are very unpleasant atmospheres that will NO WAY reduce your stress. Xist Fitness is not one of those.

Yes, there are other ‘pet peeves,’ especially for me who joined a fitness center once upon a time and found it to be a hugely disappointing experience. And, yes, some issues were caused by the public. I know, I know – she must be a real pain! (Too late, my teenager has already pronounced me as that).

But, and I know there are those at home nodding their heads with this – awkwardness can also stem from the fact that people coming to the gym barely wear clothing. And I am not only speaking about the skimpy Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders’ outfits that are worn when in search of a future husband. I am also talking about seriously tight outfits for forms that are too large to fit into them. And cell phones! While working on yourself, having a conversation on a cell phone (and especially a seriously loud one that all around you can hear) becomes an awkward situation for the people who are actually at the fitness center trying to lose weight and get. So hearing all about the fact that the dog threw up all over the counter is not really something you need to hear.

I also have to agree with a majority who are sick of seeing people lounging on the equipment or standing/sitting on the equipment just having conversations when others are in need of using the equipment to actually work out. Add into these ‘pet peeves’ things like having to work out beside someone who is hacking their brains out and is most definitely sick with something, or one who has perfume on that actually makes your eyes tear up…and you find many tangible reasons why people with memberships never attend the fitness enter .

Xist Fitness IS the one and only fitness center that is there to supply us all with….fitness! A hugely supportive staff to help with our needs, and a clean, amazing environment that does FINALLY offer a place where we can get in shape, feel better and not have to deal with the awkwardness. I guarantee if Xist Fitness was the only franchise across the nation – all 67% of those people who hold memberships would change to Xist and work out each and every day!

Well…maybe 66%. After all, McDonald’s is still doing very well!
