Readers, the term high-intensity training has been making it’s way into newspapers, magazines and websites on a daily basis, but that term can mean many different things to a person depending on their age, fitness level, etc.. Many recent studies are being cited indicating that it’s not how long one exercises, it’s the effort or intensity that matters the most.
