Armed Robber Holds Up Convenience Store, Gets Away With Two Bucks

“Florida authorities said a man who attempted to rob a convenience store left with only $2 he obtained from a customer.

Police said the man, who was wearing dark clothes, a blue hat, black gloves, sunglasses and a bandana over his face, entered the Tom Thumb convenience store in Key Largo at 5:25 p.m. Sunday and displayed a handgun in his waistband.”

A lot of robbers don`t take any pride in their profession. They don`t go to a lot of trouble to disguise their appearance, and they don`t worry about leaving behind any clues.

But this Florida robber was wearing gloves, sunglasses and had a bandana covering his face, yet he walked away with only two bucks.

The bad guy even had an inconspicuous getaway vehicle, a dark colored Saturn.

The crook should have left his gun at home, armed robbery is a felony, and when he`s caught he will end up doing hard time over two bucks.

If you know a dude who drives a dark-colored Saturn, wears shades, and who is always trying to bum a few dollars, you might want to call the cops.
