Your “Audience” Needs to Come Back…Again & Again!

Your “Audience” Needs to Come Back…Again & Again!

Being a business owner, what do you and Aerosmith have in common? (Or, if you’re slightly into more modern stuff…What do you and Lady Gaga have in common?) It is the simple fact that without an audience, a business (or a new album) will not be a success. The audience – those people who return again and again – are the very lifeblood of your company, brand and product. Without these people clapping and cheering and ‘buzzing’ to all their friends and family member’s about you, then you might as well hang the ‘closed’ sign on the door and call it a day.

So…how do you find that loyal audience? Or, better yet, how do you find the social marketing team that finds that audience who is literally just waiting out there to become your ‘friend’, ‘follower’ AND – far more importantly – your customer?

Be First, Inc. knows what it takes to attract clients to your website and then make sure that they purchase your product, logo6518816_mdreceive the best customer service, and then ‘buzz’ to all their friends and followers about how your company is the only one to utilize when it comes to your specific industry.

Profiles on social networks (Facebook, Twitter, etcetera), are a must to research. Every profile you run across will list the things you need to know; what they desire, what moves them, and what they absolutely love. From a profile, you can automatically know if they’re into computers and technology, gardening, books, pet grooming – all kinds of things. They will also tell you if their husband wants more than anything to get the latest tool that will help improve the house, or the latest piece of equipment that will improve his sound system. You will learn if the person is the outdoors-y type and wants to know about the latest park opening, event, sports competition, and more. With just these small profiles, which Be First constantly analyzes, you will know right off the bat if they will come on board as part of your audience.

In addition, one of the most important points you will uncover will be whether or not they’re into their hometown. Such as, they will chat about the new business opening down the road from them, or the newest restaurant to come to town. You will get a glimpse into their ‘neighborhood’ that will allow you to know things, like whether or not it would be the perfect place to open your next franchise. Much like high school, understanding your audience and what they care about allows you to create the perfect ‘persona.’

Be First also knows when your preferred audience is socially-active. Yes, this is highly important. Posting articles, events, competitions, giveaways, updating news on your website, offering reviews from other clients – none of this helps your company at all, unless these postings are done when your core audience is on the internet. In many cases, all businesses think 9-to-5 is the way to go, not remembering that most of America works during these specified hours. And, yes, America is still the most socially-active country on the World Wide Web.

In addition, you need to know who, exactly, your audience looks up to. Who do they listen to when it comes to purchasing a new product or relying on a new company? There are highly ‘trusted’ names in every industry that people tend to be drawn to. And if any of these trusted people can be brought on board to cheer on your company and brand, then you are looking at receiving even more paying clients.

And, in the end, do not be boring. Be First knows that when it comes to learning what people are interested in, it is highly important to remember that spewing out the ‘same-old, same-old’ that everyone in your industry is already providing, is not something you want to do. You want to be unique, different, exciting – from your content to your posts and articles to the colorful visual images that appear on your website.

I mean, let’s face it…Aerosmith and Lady Gaga are everything but boring! So, follow suit and get your audience now!

The Season Begins

The Season Begins by Amy Lignor   Yes, it’s finally time to get down to some real business when it comes to the world of sports. (No offense to Serena at the U.S. Open, but her constant winning is not exactly new.) All this rain across the country has assured that lawns will be overgrown come Monday morning, unless citizens decide to use Saturday to mow. Why is that? Because football is back and Sundays are no longer “nothing to … [Read More its Good for You...]

Vacation Time Has Turned “Spooky”

Vacation Time Has Turned “Spooky” by Amy Lignor   Myths and legends, both spooky and surreal, are becoming the subject of many books and newspaper articles lately. Now, however, people are searching for places to travel where legends still exist, and … [Read More its Good for You...]
