Xist Fitness Improves Physical AND Mental Health

Xist Fitness Improves Physical AND Mental Health

Every week we’ve been speaking about various franchise opportunities that people are interested in exploring. And as we’ve walked through a variety of them, we have come across a specific group that has become the ‘best of the best’ in many people’s opinion – franchises run by BAM Brands.

These franchises are all about the body and mind. From the beautiful atmosphere of the MassageLuXe and FaceLuXe establishments that are set across the country in order for you to take those sore muscles, aches and pains and make them literally go away; to the cool scents and sounds found in Spray La Vie and the Tan Co. – two franchises that actually focus on giving the perfect tans, providing the perfect therapies, as well as offer a line of anti-aging products that, believe me, you should not be living without – these are part of the BAM family!

But this week, we are taking a look at the Xist Fitness franchise, which is finding its way quickly to the top of the charts when it comes to gyms and physical fitness centers. Xist Fitness in St. Louis was part of mine and my daughter’s recent road trip, and  I was quite astounded by the environment of the gym. Yes, the equipment is state-of-the-art, which you would assume; but what I really began to think about was the millions out there, like me, who are dying to lose weight but are basically put off by the gym. I wanted to get across the very real fact that Xist Fitness is the one gym made for everyone – the one and only gym that cares about HOW their members feel mentally while they’re working to get healthy physically.

I am with you. I am a member of the large club who have walked into a fitness center and literally pasted the smile on, shied far away from the mirrored walls, and raced through their first workout so they could get out of the building and leave the ‘muted giggles’ far behind. No, you’re not alone. In fact, one of the creepiest things in the world – and the one thing that really makes newbie’s at a fitness center work out once and then never return – are those mirrored walls. When you weigh a certain amount that does not ‘mirror’ the Hollywood starlets and the ‘Real Housewives’ that you see constantly, mirrors are not exactly what you want. All they do is prove to you that you do not look as good on the outside as you fantasize.

I write this for two reasons. In this day and age Xist Fitness has come along to give all of us millions who are UN-comfortable with our physical looks the chance to actually feel better and look better, by providing an atmosphere that isn’t embarrassing whatsoever. The second reason is for the young adults out there. Right now, as we all know, bullying has become ridiculous in this country. It is absolutely frightening when every day you can look at the news and see another child who has taken their own life because they didn’t ‘look’ right. They were teased incessantly because of their weight, or they did not look like the ‘popular’ ones. And going to a gym in your town, by your school, is just another way to be teased, because those same people who are making life miserable during the school day are usually congregating at the gym in he afternoons.

With Xist Fitness this does not happen. There is no bullying, teasing, or any of that – Xist is simply a business that was began to help people get healthy, lose weight and feel better – and no teasing whatsoever is allowed.

Weight loss is a huge industry. Every other commercial on television promotes the latest menu, pill, chemical to ‘salt’ your food, energy drink that could give you a heart attack, and the newest gym equipment that costs thousands of dollars that you can buy and bring into your house so that you don’t have to lose weight in front of ‘all-seeing eyes.’ It has become a multi-billion dollar industry, yet we are at a time period where millions of people are obese. They are stressed out in this economy; losing jobs, wondering if they can send their children to college one day, or even wondering if they can pay the rent and put dinner on the table in the same week. And with stress comes the sneaking of breads, chocolate, treats, etc. This is ‘comfort food,’ and is almost always the ONLY way to find comfort and relieve some of the extraordinary amounts of stress…even if its only for a small span of time. Unfortunately, it is also the worst way. Over-eating and/or eating incorrectly is right up there with smoking when it comes to the damage it causes to your body.

That’s why Xist Fitness is a concept that should be raved about, because they are a facility that offers it all! This is a place where you walk through the doors and feel the pounds of stress immediately begin to slide off your shoulders. The staff is so kind and so intelligent, they offer their expertise and help so that you can lose weight, feel healthier and literally change your life! AND they don’t weigh down the pocketbook, either. The membership fees are incredibly affordable.

It is almost a miracle to be able to speak about a fitness center that not only provides what it says it will, but also provides a location that offers even more comfort than your favorite donut! For adults and young adults, Xist Fitness is the oasis that we’ve been waiting for.

It is important to note that, in addition to helping you burn fat and calories, cardiovascular exercise strengthens your heart and prevents against risky medical conditions like heart disease, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, stroke, some cancers, type 2 diabetes and obesity. And along with working out comes extra amenities, like tanning services and more.
It is time to feel better about yourself! Bullying can be conquered. Self-esteem can be raised. And Xist Fitness is the place to do it all!

There Are Superheroes Among Us

There Are Superheroes Among Us by Amy Lignor   This story truly proves that a superhero does not require a cape, tights, or the ability to fly. In a world where all headlines seem to be centered around who shot who, who is being put upon, who’s “getting away with it” – all the way to who is getting divorced and who may or may not be kneeling at NFL games – negative stories seem to be the only ones covered anymore by the media. … [Read More its Good for You...]

Now, however, people are searching for places to travel where legends still exist, and … [Read More its Good for You...]
