1/2 qt. half and half
1–1 1/2 c water
1/2 lb. bittersweet chocolate (baking chocolate that comes in “drops” works well)
- Bring water and half and half to scald in a saucepan. Dump in chocolate and salt.
- Whisk for 3 minutes to melt chocolate and blend well. Pour into coffee thermos to keep hot. Perfect for tailgate parties or bundled up by the fire at home.
