The Accidental Company

The Accidental Company

by Betsy Smith

Real is the word used daily in a company that’s genesis was from an accidental discovery by Nerium Biotechnology, and international research and development company while researching the potential uses of the Nerium oleander plant.

“We had a eureka moment in our research labs when we stumbled upon what Nerium oleander could do for skin,” says Dennis Knocke, Chairman and CEO of Nerium Biotechnology Inc.

After creating a skin care division and years of testing the scientists and Nerium developed a proprietary process to extract the beneficial ingredients from the Nerium oleander plant in a way that preserved the unique components and beneficial properties of the plant.  The result; Nerium AD, a first of it’s kind, age-defying night cream that is marketed by Nerium International.

With worldwide exclusive rights to market ALL of the products developed by the biotech company, a sales strategy coupled with a partnership that includes 30% of profits returning to Nerium Biotech for further research, they have a winner!  As Jeff Olson, the CEO says “a game changer”.  Something that has never been done in this industry!

Critical to the process is the role of third party evaluators such as ST&T Research out of San Francisco who completed the face-mapping clinical trials which proves that Nerium AD delivered an AVERAGE 30% reduction in the appearance of wrinkles and other signs of aging within 30 days!

And as Amber Olson says about the “seed-to bottle” process of development, “Our price point is $80 for a product that would be sold at around $200 through retail.  We keep the price as low as possible to create a large footprint, , something that we can do since we are not sourcing ingredients from a supplier but essentially sourcing them ourselves through our partners at Nerium Biotech.”

Since on a daily basis thousands of people spend a lot more for products that only improve their skin by around 2-5%, the prospects for Nerium International are huge.  Not to mention the future products which will come to market over time including an acne cream, a body lotion, a scar cream and more.

Using a powerful compensation plan and a program called Nerium Gives Back which literally means that Brand Partners will have their inventory stocked for free as their business starts to take off (something that has never been done in the industry), this company is sure to be a winner.

The tip of the iceberg is the commitment to personal development that Jeff Olson and the entire team has made to all of the Brand Partners.  An entire Library of all of the gurus, authors and leaders in personal growth is part of the back office for Brand Partners to enjoy.  Pick a topic like “goal setting” or “leadership” and voila, there are video clips galore on that subject!

Accidental as the discovery of this amazing product has been, the focus and know-how poured into the launch and building of Nerium International is anything but accidental.  This is a company worth watching!

There Are Superheroes Among Us

There Are Superheroes Among Us by Amy Lignor   This story truly proves that a superhero does not require a cape, tights, or the ability to fly. In a world where all headlines seem to be centered around who shot who, who is being put upon, who’s “getting away with it” – all the way to who is getting divorced and who may or may not be kneeling at NFL games – negative stories seem to be the only ones covered anymore by the media. … [Read More its Good for You...]

Vacation Time Has Turned “Spooky”

Vacation Time Has Turned “Spooky” by Amy Lignor   Myths and legends, both spooky and surreal, are becoming the subject of many books and newspaper articles lately. And the location of many, oddly enough, happen to be in the Southwest. It used to be that a nice white sandy beach was the one place we yearned to go on vacation to get away from it all. Now, however, people are searching for places to travel where legends still exist, and … [Read More its Good for You...]
