The St. Johns County Family Integrity Program (FIP) is conducting an orientation and pre-service training classes for anyone interested in becoming a foster parent from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. beginning Monday, April 1, 2013 through June 17, 2013. Classes for the ten week session are held Monday evenings at the Health and Human Services Building, 1955 U.S. 1 South, St. Augustine.
The interactive courses provide insight about service as a foster care parent including information about licensure requirements and the client base FIP serves. As part of their mission in serving St. Johns County’s dependent children, the FIP continuously seeks prospective foster home parents who wish to offer care and support for our County’s dependent children and families in need.
