Salt Marsh Kayak Tour

 

Join the professional and personable Kayak Guides of St. Augustine Eco Tours for a 2-hour paddle through the beautiful kayakwaters of St. Augustine. This eco tour is perfect for adventurers age 6 and up and great for beginner or experienced paddlers. All tours begin with a quick paddle clinic that includes basic stretching. Guests will sit comfortably in stable, tandem kayaks on our floating dock while the Guide ensures your gear is properly adjusted. Paddle past the historic Bridge of Lions, the picturesque Castillo Fort, and into the productive salt marsh habitats where shorebirds are waiting to greet you. Meander through the Hospital creek marsh and learn about both the secretive and more obvious features of this amazing estuary. Sightings differ on every tour but dolphins, sea turtles, fiddler crabs, oysters, and the endangered manatee have all been sighted on this tour. 10AM – 12PM, 7 days/week. $40 per adult and $30 for children ages 6-12 with mention of advertisement.
