Redefining Energy Efficiency with ClimateMaster

Climatemaster-image1When it comes to installing a ClimateMaster geothermal heat pump, more and more homeowners are seeing cash return to their bank accounts, instead of having to send it to the utility company every month.

The main reason for this is, by installing a geothermal heating and cooling system by ClimateMaster into the home, an owner can save up to 80% on their heating, cooling, and hot water bills.

Energy efficiency is the key to this savings. When speaking about traditional heating and cooling systems, a homeowner is looking at efficiency numbers that are substandard to say the least. Take a gas furnace, for example. With a gas furnace the homeowner receives 94-98% energy efficiency at best, and still they must deal with maintenance issues when the furnace does not deliver heat into the home when it’s needed the most.

Using an underground ‘loop’ to exchange heat between the, home and the earth, a ClimateMaster geothermal heat pump can provide the correct temperatures to the home all year round. And the efficiency the homeowner receives is 400-600%.

Many people hear about the ENERGY STAR designation that is placed on everything from a ClimateMaster HVAC system to appliances, such as refrigerators, washers, dryers and so on. The reason for this designation is the simple fact that these certain products offer the best energy efficiency possible for the homeowner. By saving them dollars these energy efficient products make sense.

What also comes back to the homeowner when purchasing a ClimateMaster HVAC system is a 30% guaranteed Federal tax credit. This not only brings down the initial cost of the installation, but the incentive can be used to cover labor and even landscaping.

The EPA and the U.S. Department of Energy formed the ENERGY STAR program back in 1996, specifically to help homeowners save money and protect the environment using energy efficient products. ClimateMaster is at the top of the ladder when it comes to providing just that – geothermal heating and cooling systems that are energy efficient, save the homeowner money, offer superior air quality throughout the home, and leave no hot or cold pockets in the house that would cause the homeowner to have to close off rooms just to keep the temperature consistent.

The facts are true: According to ENERGY STAR, Americans who followed the program’s guidelines saved enough energy in 2010 to cut greenhouse gas emissions equivalent to 33 million cars AND saved a collective $18 billion on household utility bills. Because of this incredible savings, ENERGY STAR as become a national, recognizable symbol on over 60 home product categories, with ClimateMaster geothermal heat pumps being one product that over one million Americans have already installed.

To say that a product or system with an ENERGY STAR designation is a great investment would be an understatement. When thinking about your everyday life, you will see that heating and cooling represent nearly half of your home’s energy consumption and costs; but by installing ENERGY STAR geothermal heat pumps by ClimateMaster, a homeowner can significantly lower utility bills.

With ClimateMaster ENERGY STAR geothermal heat pumps, a homeowner never needs to sacrifice budget, performance, or comfort because the standards set by ClimateMaster are so high. This is a company that’s been in business for fifty years, and the innovative minds that make up the ClimateMaster team are always looking for new ways to help the homeowner, and discovering the latest technology that can save that homeowner money.

Improve energy efficiency and save your hard-earned cash. It really is as simple as that.
