Pusser’s Bar and Grille of Ponte Vedra Beach, located in the Shoppes of Veranda adjacent to Sawgrass, is pleased to present several new appetizers, salads, sandwiches and entrees to their lunch and dinner menus. Executive Chef Chris DeLay, who is known as a chef with a passion for artistic and creative expression through exquisite food presentation and cuisine, has created an array of new scrumptious items.
For lunch, DeLay now offers 12 items on the Hold’ems section, ranging from just $8.50 to $10.95, and now includes a delicious range of choices like Mahi-Mahi Reubens, Calypso Fish Tacos, Cajun Shrimp Po’ Boy and the new Fried Green Tomato BLT. Pusser’s Choose Two Combos are back, and the Soup and Salad section is looking better than ever with the new addition of the Jerk Chicken and Grilled Pineapple Taco Salad.
Many of Pusser’s taste-tempting appetizers that diner’s love still remain, such as our spicy Firecracker Shrimp and Crab Dip made from jumbo lump crab meat. Chef DeLay has developed the new Ahi Poke Crisp, which is sure to be a favorite, and includes marinated diced ahi tuna, fresh green tomatoes and crispy wonton chips.
For dinner, guests will now enjoy an array of signature entrees, containing fresh seafood, steaks and pastas. New items include the Sundried Tomato Salmon, Wok Charred Sesame Mahi-Mahi and Sensational Scallops prepared blackened, crispy fried or Asian sesame.
Desserts like the Chocolate Lover’s Temptation Cake and the Key Lime Pie, are always a great way to top off a meal. Of course, the double-gold award winning Pusser’s Rum and signature cocktails continue to flow abundantly with choice drinks like our Painkiller, Marina Cay Champagne and Gombay Smash topping the charts.
