Meet the “Millionaire Maker”, Jeff Olson

by Carolyn Walker

Jeff Olson, founder and CEO of Nerium International, is a giant in the direct marketing industry. He has been the key note speaker for the past 14 years at a major symposium in the network marketing industry.  In fact, Dennis Windsor, Co-founder and President of Nerium International said,” he has been the preeminent leader in the industry for the last 20 years for building businesses through the development of people. For Jeff, it is all about the people and in his new company he truly focuses on the development of the whole person. Why you ask? Because it has been said that your income will never rise above your own level of personal development. In fact, the very first National Conference-Get Real, 2012 opened with an afternoon of personal development speakers. Not product, not compensation plan training, not achievement awards, Not Hype- personal development for all attendees given by nationally recognized leaders in the personal development field. And yes, he has a new company! Asked why he wanted to launch another company, Jeff said, “{his dream}… has always been to build the perfect relationship marketing company. To do this, I knew we had to create a situation where our brand partners can realistically succeed. What we have with Nerium International is unparalleled.” Nerium International’s Age-defying night cream proved to be the product vehicle. He goes on to say,” The no.1 wealth category in relationship marketing is beauty. And the bull’s-eye of beauty is age-defying skincare—we have the right product, in the right place, at the right time. Additionally, we have the global exclusive rights—there’s literally no competition!” Besides the product having no competition, the company he has put together is head and shoulders above others in the industry. He assembled a team that together has about 150 years of experience, he then took 2 years to build the company and get everything in place before organically launching the company. When the doors opened in September of 2011, one would have thought that this was a 10 year old company. In fact, Nerium International was featured in Success Magazine in February 2012. At the time it was five months old and literally a “startup” and the youngest company to ever be on the cover of Success Magazine. According to Deborah Heisz, the editor of Success Magazine, “while it was literally a “startup” at the time, the unique blend of experience and research backing the company made it seem far more established.”

It is commonly known that the values and ethics of the leaders of a company filter down and permeate an entire company. Excellence attracts excellence. It is this high level of leadership that offers the opportunity to brand partners to grow to the level of success that they chose. It is this level of leadership-trustworthy, honest, genuine-REAL- that guides the company. It is leadership that truly cares about your success. Nerium’s leaders have chosen the word REAL as their mantra- REAL results, REAL science, a REAL opportunity and REAL people who lead this company. And that is exactly the kind of people that this company has attracted- brand partners that are REAL. Simon Sinek says it best,” There are leaders and those that lead. Leaders occupy a place of authority. Those that lead inspire others to follow them.”

Jeff Olson is a true leader….

Charity Begins at Home

Charity Begins at Home by Amy Lignor   Turning a blind eye is easy for some; preferred by others.
