Word-of-mouth will never change. Even though social media and the ever-vast world of computer technology will bring your brand’s information to the masses, face-to-face communication is a must to build that local business. A successful franchisee serves clients so well that the buzz increases in the community, bringing more customer’s through your open doors. Yet again, if this is done with one franchise, more can be purchased and built in various other areas and neighborhoods of the big city that will increase your cash and standing in your industry.
