Home is Where ADL Caring Companions IS!

Over the past few weeks we have been offering information on the unique company – ADL Caring Companions.  We have addressed all the incredible opportunities, hard work, and kindness that they have injected into the world of elder care, offering a way for our loved ones to live out their senior years in their own homes.

This week, I wish to speak on a more personal level to the many families who are struggling with senior care issues.  It is a fact that, as we grow older, our bodies tend to need more care and help.  Perhaps our sight dims, or our bones simply don’t move as well as they once did.  And watching someone decline who you truly love, and who has been there for you since you were brought into the world, becomes extremely difficult. This writer has her own issues in this realm, and when I first heard about ADL Caring Companions, I was blown away by the level of support they offer.

Having a full-time job and raising a child is already a difficult day-to-day life, but as my best friend – my mother – grew older, she began to weaken in various ways.  Her knees have given her the most difficulty, and because of this pain she has had to alter her life in various ways.  She is unable to do the things she once did, and walking causes her a great deal of stress.  For a woman who has always been extremely strong and independent, the ‘pain’ of her body has brought about ‘depression’ of the mind.

As a daughter, watching this decline has not been easy.  When you observe this happening to your own family member, all you want to do is take care of your ‘best friend’ as they have taken care of you. After all, they are the ones who were there in every moment of pain, excitement, tragedy, success, or life-altering event that you’ve experienced.  They were the sages that offered their wisdom; the protectors who stood in front of you with their swords drawn to keep you out of harm’s way; and, they were the walls behind you, holding you upright, keeping you moving through the hard times and thrusting you forward into your dreams.

Then…age comes along and that amazing being is now the person who needs you!  One of the most important things you want to do for this beloved person is find a way to allow them to stay in their homes, surrounded by their families and memories right up until their souls begin a new path up above.  You would do anything for them to be able to live out their ‘golden years’ the way THEY want to.

Pressure and stress exist for the child who is trying to see this happen.  And because of their own lives moving quickly and in so many different directions, they need extra help for their parent. That’s where ADL Caring Companions and their amazing staff come into play.

ADL Caring Companions, for a brief recap, was begun by a man named Patrick O’Hare, who had his own personal experience with an elderly loved one. After that particular event in his life, he not only wanted to create a company that offered dependable and reliable healthcare in a person’s home, but he also wanted to invent a system of being able to “match” a client with the best possible caregiver (companion) that they could have. What began as a ‘thought’ turned into a company that provides a relationship between client and caregiver, and not simply a ‘business model’ that cares only for the bottom line.  ADL Caring Companions now provides everyone with a way to ensure that their parent and/or loved one has the opportunity to live out their lives in their own homes, without having to head to a nursing home or other facility.

They also helped another significant population – the millions of truly dedicated workers who entered the healthcare industry because they wanted nothing more that to provide care, kindness and friendship to their clients.

ADL Caring Companions has many facets to their business – one being the extraordinary way they treat their employees.  Members of the ADL Caring Companions staff are highly respected and have proven themselves to be efficient, dependable, skilled, reliable professionals who help all with their at-home care needs.  Millions of families are thrilled to be the recipients of the ADL team, because when it comes down to “matching” a ‘Caring Companion with a client – ADL strives to form the perfect relationship for each and every specific case.

Now, ADL Caring Companions is spreading their abilities into different areas of the country, by allowing YOU to open a franchise and become part of the ADL Caring Companions team.  This is something that excites me even more, as I am currently living in an area without the ADL Caring Companions choice.  So for someone who chooses to open a franchise of ADL, they choose to ‘open a door’ to reliable healthcare, a door to professionals who want to work for a truly wonderful company, and a door that will allow our seniors to be able to get the help they need in order to remain in their own homes.  Frankly, after even reading about this company, it becomes quite clear that no one should be deprived of having an ADL team in their ‘backyard.’

ADL Caring Companions is searching not only for the ideal franchise owner, but also for those incredible workers out there who wish to care and support our loved ones. ADL has formed a solid reputation and they are looking to expand their network to all different locations, with their ultimate goal being to build a network of successful franchise owners who do as well in their own areas as ADL does in their original locations in Texas.

Since beginning in 2002, ADL has gone on to prove that they are the best of the best when it comes to providing solid, assured, friendly, and beyond capable people to take care of the family who took care of us.  When a franchisee comes along to open an ADL Caring Companions, they make sure to provide them all the training and support they need to establish and grow a successful senior care office in their local market.

To update, ADL offers far more than other franchises, including – larger than average franchise territories with the right demographics for you to build a great business; a Proven Business System which integrates all aspects of marketing and operations; state of the art Senior Care Management software, systems and reports; training and support from a seasoned and experienced corporate staff; and a ‘no nonsense approach’ to help you grow your business in the fastest way possible.

ADL Caring Companions is a must for every community on the map.  And for future employees, ADL wishes to extend the opportunity for the many talented and skilled individuals out there a place they can call home…so that our loved ones can stay in theirs.

Until Next Time, Everybody.

Now, however, people are searching for places to travel where legends still exist, and … [Read More its Good for You...]
