Beauty & Health Go Hand-in-Hand!

Now…I know what you’re thinking. Why would anyone even need a tan in the state of California? I mean, isn’t it simply a given that you have that nice coloring because of the constant rays of sunshine that exist in that area of the world?  Well…not exactly.  And Thousand Oaks is just one of the locations (as well as Hollywood) offering a place that is the ultimate in providing “5 star” service called, The TAN Company.

Back in 1994, “The St. Louis Tan Company” began, and experienced rapid growth because of the immaculate locations, as well as the skilled staff and state-of-the-art products that outshone everyone else. Not only that, but it was absolutely affordable! The reaction to this new and innovative tanning concept resulted in record sales, world-class skin care products and the cleanest tanning environment in the country.

Now, tanning in California seems a bit unnecessary, but that is truly not so. After visiting Hollywood and walking among the ‘stars,’ our trip turned toward the beauty of Thousand Oaks, where right across the road from the Mann Theatres sat another amazing TAN Company franchise.

For those of you who haven’t seen the beauty of Thousand Oaks, the ‘name’ is certainly correct for the location. The numerous oak trees that grace the area are what bring the visual beauty to the town that includes areas from the Conejo Valley to Westlake Village, where the Los Angeles County/Ventura County lines cross.

Built back in the 1950’s, Thousand Oaks began as a place that included 1,000 custom home lots, 2,000 single-family residences, a regional shopping center,  an industrial park and several neighborhood shopping centers, and was once named one of “Money” magazines loveliest (and most expensive) places to dwell. In an area that was once occupied by the Chumash people, visitors can view over 2000-year-old cave drawings at the Chumash Indian Museum, and learn all about the Chumash village, known as “House of the Deer,” that was once where Thousand Oaks stands now.

While studying the beauty of this town, you will learn that the area dates back to 1542 when Spanish explorer Juan Rodriguez Cabrillo landed at Point Mugu and claimed the land for Spain – which is where the name Conejo Valley came from. It was in the late 19th century that Thousand Oaks became a stagecoach route between Los Angeles and Santa Barbara – so the actual background of the town is most certainly beyond historical.

Now one of the most amazing ‘locales’ that Thousand Oaks boasts in the 21st century is The TAN Company. And, in essence, the company fits right in – considering there is a solid background and history of how The TAN Company came into being, and has expanded throughout the years.

Not only is this a company that offers a line of skin care products and equipment, but they also play a huge part in the health, tanning, and beauty industries. They monitor trends, continually test new products, and treat every client to “5 Star” service.

The high level of success that this company has achieved is through the efforts of an outstanding corporate team – a team that is absolutely available to anyone who is interested in joining this great set of people in order to open their own franchise.

On top of all this, The TAN Company promotes “smart tanning,” by educating their clients to tan in moderation, to take care of their skin using high quality products, and to never, ever burn! The TAN Company is committed to the overall well-being of clients and their skin, which is why the product line that they offer of everything from accelerators to after-tanning creams – make sure that the tan that people are receiving is correct and, most of all, healthy.

Some of the amazing lines of tanning essentials and skin care, include Australian Gold. And some of the products include a Dark Whipped Soufflé Intensifier, that is packed with quintessential vitamins and aloe to keep skin silky and moisturized; to Australian Gold – HOT! which is a maximum tanning formula that both soothes and heals the skin after UV exposure Add to this three other lines that are the ‘best’ in the business, and you have a franchise opportunity AND a tanning salon that is unequaled by any other company.

So as you take a trip through the beautiful state of California, and walk with the ‘stars’ as well as head through Thousand Oaks to engross yourself in true history, make sure that The TAN Company locations are on your list of places to visit. The relaxation, the stellar service – this is one salon that must be enjoyed!

The Season Begins

The Season Begins by Amy Lignor   Yes, it’s finally time to get down to some real business when it comes to the world of sports. Because football is back and Sundays are no longer “nothing to … [Read More its Good for You...]
