BAM Brands Knows the Successful Franchisee

by Samantha Lewis

Opening a franchise: There is no absence of lists on the internet that tell you the do’s and don’ts of how to create a successful franchise. But the one thing they never state is that after all the good things are done and the bad things are avoided, it still takes you to make sure that the franchise is successful.

As with any job, without your hard work and the right attitude to teach your employees how to provide the best services possible to the client, then the franchise folds up. Even with the most successful franchise model, it is the boss and staff that must serve those clients once social media, word-of-mouth, or branding has brought them through the doors.

There will always be a risk of investment, but if an already established franchise is doing well then as an entrepreneur you want to makexist_fitness_main_a2 sure to join up with that company that has earned their sold reputation. To be financially successful, however, your franchise attitude has to be honed. It is a skill that you must learn; you must be able to offer ‘5-star’ services and be able to create a relaxed environment for the client. You must be honest, reliable, and you must – to put it simply – be far better than any of your competition. Whether it be down the road or in another state, your attitude will be the key factor when people choose which company they go to for their needs.

There are lists out there that state the best industries to enter for franchising, BUT if you are not well-suited to that particular industry then your attitude will not be right. No one interested in the law should become a franchisee of a mobile phone company. Not because they wouldn’t understand the ins-and-outs of that industry, but because if a person is bored with their career they will not put time and attention into the franchise. A person who loves their job is the exact opposite. If you feel that massage services for better overall health is the right way to serve the community, then you head into the massage industry.

With the love of the industry comes the joy and excitement that will make you work hard to bring your franchise dream into fruition.

massageluxe_main_a2BAM Brands has made sure that all of their franchises are successful by making sure that their franchisees love the industry. With popular names, such as, MassageLuXe, FaceLuXe, The TAN Company, Spray La Vie and Xist Fitness – all of BAM Brands’ companies are growing by leaps and bounds. They work with the right franchisee with the correct personality and attitude; and they make sure that the franchisee is innovative, smart and interesting, so that clients will want to come back to their franchise again and again.

Being a success is on the top of everyone’s ‘to do’ list in life. And this goal can only be achieved by teaming up with people who understand that you are the best franchisee for the job.

With every BAM Brands franchise, they also make sure all franchisees understand the disappearing concept (which is frightening), of the customer being always right. The customer is there to be served; they arrive at your franchise in order to get the best services. If that is not received, they walk out, never to return again.

Customer service is an intrical part of the franchise, and the franchisee must have that attitude that is one of leadership with great listening skills. They need to be able to listen to both client and employee to ensure that the franchise environment is the best for one and all.

The Day After the Day Of by Paul Ilechko   The sky sheds its tears. This morning is the morning of the day after. History Being Sold to the Highest Bidder

History Being Sold to the Highest Bidder by Amy Lignor   For the longest time, scientists and archaeologists have been confused and bemused by various discoveries they’ve unearthed that offer little or no explanation as to the who, what, and why of the people who created these things or left them behind. Even now, in 2017, there are discoveries being studied; stories that were once legends now have actual bits of proof being found that … [Read More its Good for You.....]

Carolina Skiff at Miami’s Favorite Boat Show

Carolina Skiff at Miami's Favorite Boat Show By Craig Lamb You might say “new” is a reoccurring theme of Miami’s favorite boat show coming up soon. A new location with hundreds of new boats, including never-before-seen models being debuted by Carolina Skiff, is a great way to kick off the season. Few boat shows offer buyers the chance to see new boats where they ultimately belong—floating on the water in a real time setting. You can … [Read More its Good for You...]

Can Troy Aikman Win MVP?

Can Troy Aikman Win MVP? by Amy Lignor   What a strange title for an article, aye? Of course the ‘old man’ of the Dallas Cowboys can’t win MVP. Troy Aikman was an elite QB, with three Super Bowl rings to prove that fact. However, Aikman hasn’t actually suited-up since leaving behind his Cowboys uniform in 2001. The number one overall draft pick in 1989, Aikman was the MVP of Super Bowl XXVII, and was elected to the Pro Football … [Read More its Good for You...]

2017 Will Be Green!

2017 Will Be Green! by Amy Lignor   This statement is not a “hopeful” imagination talking; it is actually quite true. Very recently the Pantone Color Institute declared that green will most definitely be THE color for 2017. This is a company that calls themselves the “global color authority,” and states that everything from high fashion to trends will be on the green path throughout next year. So…when we look at a “green” … [Read More its Good for You...]
