A while back the names, Stephen and Margo Allison, were commended because of their amazing work when it came to their ‘LuXe’ franchises. This husband and wife had so much passion for the company, they became ‘5-star’ leaders and owners of two Missouri locations. Now, the Allison’s will be taking over the Denver, Colorado MassageLuXe, and bringing their hard work, passion and valuable expertise to a brand new state.
It is a fact that Margo Allison is a firm believer that the people – the skilled staff and friendly customer service within their locations – are a huge part of the equation when it comes to creating and maintaining a successful franchise.
She certainly backs up this statement by not only holding the title of co-owner, but also sitting at the front desk on-site in order to make sure that customers are always being taken care of and receiving the ‘best of the best’ when it comes to quality and service.
The spa atmosphere of the Allison’s locations is always calm, relaxing – everything is in its place and does its job by taking away the tension from a client’s shoulders the minute they walk through the doors to paradise.
MassageLuXe services are varied, offering three standard massages: Swedish; deep tissue; and prenatal for expectant mothers. Six other specialty massages are available, from hot stone to aromatherapy to bio-mat in order to make sure that all customer’s needs are met.
MassageLuXe also deals in waxes and facials; the latter, Margo says, is a great way to promote a healthy dermal presentation. “It’s going to keep your skin looking good. And by doing it once a month, it will help maintain a nice appearance.”
Margo notes that another reason why the ‘LuXe’ brand of services works so well is the actual costs – which are actually affordable. Margo noted that:
“If you go to another spa you might pay $100 for a massage or a facial, while we offer introductory rates at $38 for a massage and $48 for a facial.”
And the Allison team is adamant about making sure the costs remain perfect for their clients. While in the wake of a worldwide economic crash a few years ago, the Allison’s businesses continued to thrive, with monthly memberships that have been skyrocketing in number.
Right by Margo’s side is Steve, who also constantly strives for the extraordinary, and offering A+ services when it comes to his clients.
He speaks eloquently and knowledgeably about his choice to enter the franchise biz. Being that his family was a part of Carpet One franchises for twenty-five years, Steve was absolutely correct in thinking that owning a franchise made sense in the rough economy, rather than attempting to open a “mom and pop shop” on your own. With a franchise, the marketing concepts, design, and how-to’s are already set in place and easy to follow, which makes becoming a franchiser the only real opportunity to open a new business with an already successful and profitable history.

His profound words: “Imagine if you started with McDonald’s when they’d first opened and how monumental your franchise would have become! We knew the outlook for the massage industry was huge as far as growth was concerned, and we wanted to own multiple units, so that’s when we became area developers with the rights to eleven locations to own/franchise.”
