From 5-star resorts and historic oceanfront hotels to celebrity chefs and vintage bed & breakfast inns, Leigh Cort specializes in promoting distinctive destinations through publicity and cleverly crafted themed stories. Her organization, www.LeighCortPublicity.com launched ten years ago when she began representing the 27 bed & breakfast inns association in St. Augustine, Florida.

Now she has accepted an offer to be a visiting ‘guest blogger’ and the U.S. connection for UK based blog/social network group, the Bed & Breakfast Club online.

The Bed & Breakfast Club’s creator Paul White states “I found Leigh online and I’m so glad I did. She has been very helpful with building a network of B&B owners and offers vast experience in this niche hospitality industry, I’m proud and pleased to say that I have asked her to do guest blogging for the Bed & Breakfast Club and she has accepted.”

The Bed & Breakfast Club has daily content specifically for small hotel owners. Breakfast cooking ‘Extreme B&B’ videos and online marketing tips are just a few of the subjects approached.

A career often comes full circle. For Cort, who was the Party Director at New York City’s famed Trump Tower in the mid 1980’s, her specialty was producing daily/nightly gala events and buzz for the international ‘Who’s Who’. Now Cort will work closely with the B&B club to gather tidbits of B&B buzz to post for the global travel market.

Cort comments about the matchlessness of bed & breakfast travel: “From personalized attention and homemade breakfast that make guests feel special, most innkeepers that I know take pride in personalizing their property and nurturing every visitor who stays at their B&B. Guest stories run the gamut of emotions – and they love to share what takes place in their inn. This is what I’ll be offering to the Bed & Breakfast Club”.
