Two musicians that are currently merging Latin music and fine cuisine is the duo of Luis Peral and Dorian Lopez, Peral on classical guitar and Lopez on percussion. Their style of music is a hypnotic combination of Latin melodies that are percussion driven and seductively soothing. Luis Peral and Dorian Lopez’s style is versatile, whereas they create a bicultural style. They have the syncopation of Latin music, and at the same time, they have all the influence of American pop. Peral and Lopez can be heard each week at The Tasting Room.
